The island nation saw a boost in tourism as four cruise ships docked, bringing in 12,000 passengers to explore its attractions.

US airlines, including American, JetBlue, Delta and United, will operate expanded flights to St Kitts and Nevis from November 2025 through 2026.

The Spirit of Discover is on a 30-day Tropical West Caribbean cruise that began in Portsmouth, England on October 30, 2025, and made its stop at Port Zante on Sunday with 959 passengers onboard.

The Azamara Quest and Coral Princess will berth at Port Zante, while the Star Pride anchors in Basseterre Harbour on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.

Flights run on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, departing San Juan at 11:40 a.m., arriving in St. Maarten at 12:45 p.m., and returning at 1:45 p.m. for a 2:50 p.m. arrival.

The first cruise vessel of the day, Bermuda-registered Arvia, docked with 5,254 passengers and 1,692 crew members.

The main aim of the voyage is to attract motorists from across the United States, and it is also known as the ‘High Seas Rally Cruise.’

Dominica’s Ministry of Tourism held a special ceremony to welcome the ship’s passengers and crew, highlighted by a formal plaque exchange to commemorate the visit.

The passengers came ashore and explored the natural offerings of St Kitts and Nevis, soaking up the experience of the Caribbean.

The MV Grand Princess, the week’s second cruise ship, will dock on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, with 3,100 passengers.

The book fair is now open to citizens and tourists and will run until November 16, 2025.

Tourism Minister Marsha Henderson expressed pride in the award, calling it validation for St Kitts and Nevis’ efforts to promote its pristine marine environment.

The Enchanted Princess, with 3,528 passengers, left New York on November 1 for a 13-day cruise to Florida, stopping in St. Maarten before reaching St. Kitts.

The travelers explored St Kitts' rich history and charm through the vibrant offerings at Port Zante.

The cruise ship welcomed around 2,200 passengers who explored Dominica’s natural and cultural treasurers.

These cruise ships will come from major lines such as Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Line, Celebrity Cruises and Princess Cruises.

Minister of Tourism Marsha Henderson stated that St Kitts and Nevis’ cruise sector continues to strengthen its partnerships with major cruise lines.

St Kitts and Nevis has begun welcoming passengers for the 2025/2026 cruise season, encouraging citizens to explore new adventures and broaden their knowledge.
