Marked as the first edition in St Kitts and Nevis, the conference was held for three days from November 14 to 16, 2024 under the theme- "Back to Basics" or "Back to the Future."

The announcement of the dates for the next year’s event was made by the Ministry of Tourism of Dominica through their official social media account.

The 13th edition of the event was in partnership with the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MOEF) and the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province (JSSGP) of the Republic of Korea.
