St Kitts and Nevis has announced the complete list of Board members and chairperson for Citizenship By Investment Programme Unit.

St Kitts and Nevis: The government of the twin island nation announced the complete board of governors and chairperson for the newly developed Citizenship by Investment Unit. The government appointed the new candidates carefully considering their capabilities and diligence to manage the new Citizenship by Investment Programme (CIU) Unit.
This new initiative by the government of St Kitts and Nevis is a testament towards their attempt to provide the residents with best facilities, and ensuring truthfulness among their global partners. This strategic approach will reinforce high standards of professionalism in Unit’s management.
Chairperson for the CIU unit
Calvin Juste, a well experienced Wall Street executive has been appointed as the new chairperson of the board, considering his international experience and leadership abilities to be pivotal in managing the Unit.
Juste expertise spans to finance, cybersecurity, and client management which makes him the best for the role. His career also included working as a Global Chief Operation Officer (COO), as a Head of Global Strategy at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s Financial Wellness division, and as a COO for Global Fraud and Cybersecurity.
Juste has been also awarded Stevie® Awards for his outstanding customer Service and efficiency. He also worked at Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB), where he grasped the knowledge of the region’s financial landscape. His achievements showcase his talent to cater the best to the position he has been chosen for.
Notably, the minster on his appointment stated St. Kitts and Nevis to be the best service provider around the globe for its reputation endured by the citizenship by investment programme since the last 40 years.
The Board of Governors
Dr Louisa Lawrence, the first member of the CIU board is an expert economist, and has substantially delivered the best till date to the economic and financial landscape of St Kitts and Nevis.
Damille James, has an ample experience in risk management, regulation and anti-money laundering (AML), and has also worked at Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB).
Kishma Maclean, a multitalented personality hones his skills in Marketing and finance. She also specializes in AML, Counter-financing of terrorism (CFT), and Proliferation financing.
Carlton Pogson, is seasoned in skills including Project management, organisational development and strategic planning.
Marsha Harris, with her 20 years of wealthy experience in the finance industry at the St Kitts and Nevis Anguilla National Bank will add a substantial hike to the financial part of the unit.

The Board will conduct a monthly meeting ensuring the comprehensive operation and management of Unit and implementation of effective strategies for efficiency and effectiveness.
