St Kitts to Nevis: iConnect ferry transports revelers for Culturama 50 finale

St Kitts and Nevis: The vibrant island of Nevis was buzzing with activity as a huge number of locals from St Kitts’ arrived in the island for the final days of Culturama 50 and Nevis’ Homecoming celebrations.
The individuals arrived through their cars which were carried by the car ferry IConnect, bringing several people from the sister island.
The festivities of the Nevis Culturama Festival have already made significant economic impact which has been incredible. This is because of the huge crowd attracted from the neighbouring islands, with people coming specially to join in the fun during the Nevis Culturama Festival.
This shows the festival’s and the island’s huge presence among several people across the region, with the number of visitors to this annual festival increasing every year.
Meanwhile, the Premier of Nevis, Mark Brantley, shared a glimpse of the crowded ferry, which had multiple cars, on his official Facebook account.
He said, “All roads from sexy St Kitts lead to Nevis for the final hurrah of Culturama 50 and Nevis’ Homecoming celebrations. The economic impact thus far of the Nevis Culturama Festival and the Homecoming has been incredible. Take a look at the car ferry iConnect bringing cars from St Kitts.”
The ferry has been busy transporting vehicles filled with eager revelers all of which were heading to Nevis to be part of the ultimate cultural showcase.
It is to be noted that the individuals arrived on Monday for the Emancipation J’ouvert Jump Up, which took place in Charlestown.
As the grand finale of the highly anticipated festival is approaching on August 6, anticipation is building among the visitors, and the streets of Nevis are expected to come alive with dance, music, and entertainment.
Visitors will have the best time of their lives tomorrow at the Culturama 50 Grand Street Parade and Last Lap in Charlestown and C50 Finale at the Cultural Village, featuring several live performances, a lot of food and drinks and entertainment.
