Cayman Cricket Board ready to host 1st ever MAX60 Caribbean Cricket League
The world of cricket is ready to host a new tournament of MAX60 Caribbean 2024 at the Cayman Islands from August 18 to 25

Cayman Islands: The world of cricket is ready to host a new tournament of MAX60 Caribbean 2024 at the Cayman Islands. The cricket league will be inaugurated on Sunday, 18 August, and is organized by the Cayman Cricket Board.
This will be the first season of the new tournament, which will continue till Sunday, 25 August. MAX60 Caribbean is a franchise-based league that will cut down traditional cricket to the shortest format of T10. T10 is an unofficial format other than T20, ODI, and Test.
This is a format that organizes games of ten overs for each team, which is not an authorized part of international cricket. The first season of the league will go for eight days in total, during which twenty-five matches are scheduled.
The five franchise teams are named to begin the venture of a new name in the world of sports tournaments. The teams in MAX60 Cricket League 2024 are Caribbean Giants, Grand Cayman Jaguars, New York Strikers, Boca Raton Trailblazers, and Miami Lions, competing for the title.
The Cayman Cricket Board prepared the Jimmy Powell Oval Cricket Stadium situated in George Town of Grand Cayman to host the grand tournament. The interesting part of the league is that it is not arranged for local players only. Big names in international cricket, like David Warner and Dwayne Bravo, will show their talents in MAX60.
New York Strikers and Caribbean Giants will begin the venture with a face-off. The players in the squads for MAX60 Caribbean 2024 have already been announced by the five participating franchises, respectively.

MAX60 Caribbean 2024 T10 Cricket League will be telecasted on multiple platforms around the globe for the fans of the sport. The Cayman Cricket Board signed deals with different media houses for the rights to telecast the cricket matches that will take place in an eight-day tournament.
Sony Ten 1 HD and JioTV are prepared to broadcast the matches for the audience in India. The rights to display matches in Australia is with FOX Sports, whereas in the Caribbean, FLOW Sports will telecast the league.
The favorite players of cricket can be seen playing the T10 format tournament on Supersport in South Africa, Sports Central in the Middle East, Willow Sports in North America, TNT Sports in the UK, and ARY Digital in Pakistan.
