Trans Anguilla Airways has opened a dedicated office and established a local team at Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport, strengthening its presence and regional air connections in St Kitts and Nevis.

St Kitts and Nevis: Trans Anguilla Airways has strengthened its presence in the Federation with the opening of a dedicated office and the establishment of a locally based team at Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport.

The Anguilla-owned and operated airline officially opened the office during a ribbon-cutting ceremony on September 30, 2026, at 3 p.m.

Acting Prime Minister Dr Geoffrey Hanley led local officials at the ceremony and welcomed TAA’s investment and expanding presence in St Kitts and Nevis.

The establishment of permanent operations by Anguilla Airways shows its commitment to Saint Kitts and Nevis while also supporting greater passenger- movement across the Eastern Caribbean. The Caribbean regions are expected to witness improved air connectivity.

The opening ceremony brought together tourism and aviation stakeholders, government officials, business representatives and the members of TAA team. The prospects of improved air connectivity were also discussed. The expansion was welcomed by Anguilla Tourism Director. Anguilla Tourism Minister hailed regional air connectivity as an economic lifeline. He said, “It supports tourism. It facilitates business and trade. It connects families. And equally important, it allows Caribbean people and our visitors to experience more of our region with greater ease.”

TAA’s expansion shows its determination to expand beyond its national boundaries while remaining true to the people and communities it serves. The opening of a permanent office reflects Saint Kitts and Nevis’ ability to instill confidence among foreign investors. Affordable air travel acts as a key to economic growth and development of St. Kitts and Nevis. TAA’s recent availability has shown its international presence. The services from Boston, Newark and Baltimore implies additional regional and international air access to Anguilla.
