Weather: Spiral bands associated with Hurricane Fiona will continue to generate unsettled conditions across Puerto Rico and parts of the Virgin Islands today into tomorrow. A weak tropical wave is expected to move through the area today; however, most of the moisture is located in the south. Therefore, cloudy skies with showers are expected for the Windward Islands; whilst, at most, a moderate chance of showers could occur for the Leeward Islands and the British Virgin Islands.
Winds: East-southeast to south at 15 to 33 km/h or 9 to 21 mph.
Seas: 1.2 to 2.1 metres or 4 to 7 feet.
