US:5.3 magnitude earthquake shakes Alaska

Apart from the US, a 3.1 magnitude earthquake (Earthquake) occurred in Surat in Gujarat in India in the early hours of Saturday. According to the Institute of Seismic Research (ISR), the earthquake occurred around 4.35 am on Saturday and its epicenter was 29 km north-northeast of Surat in south Gujarat.

 The District administration said that there was no damage to property or property due to the earthquake. The ISR said that the earthquake was at a depth of 15 km and its tremors were felt in Surat city and surrounding areas.

Earlier on Thursday (February 25), a 3.6-magnitude earthquake tremor was felt in Guwahati city of Assam and its surrounding areas. This report was given in an official bulletin. However, there was no loss of life or property. According to the National Center for Seismology, the epicenter of the earthquake was located in Kamrup district near Guwahati. The depth of the earthquake was 30 kilometers. The earthquake caused panic in the area and people moved out of their homes.

The weeks ago, the tremors of the earthquake were felt off the coast of eastern Japan in japan too. Its intensity is measured at 7.0 on the Richter scale. Japan Meteorological Agency notified about this. The epicenter of the earthquake was at a depth of 36 miles off the coast of Fukushima Prefecture. Nevertheless, the agency has not announced any tsunami warning.
