Additionally, taking advantage of customer service training will be an asset, as this creates longevity and brand loyalty.
2. Why did you start your business and who does it serve?
Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, venturing into this field was a natural progression for me, as I always wanted to operate my own business. Beard Boss was founded to allow gentlemen to develop a greater sense of pride in their general demeanor and disposition as a result of how they groom themselves.
3. What three traits must an entrepreneur have to succeed?
Consistency: this trait allows one to establish awareness, build trust and deliver services efficiently and profitably.
4. What’s one mistake you made in your business and what did you learn from it?
I assumed the entrepreneurial road was an easy one, because my family members who are experienced in this field, would have made it seem so effortless.
However, I adapted to the fast-paced environment that surrounded a growing business and learned skills such as adequate time-management, budgeting analysis, and market research, so that I can have longevity in my business.
5. What advice would you give someone considering entrepreneurship?
Be serious and passionate about your craft, and let God do the rest. You’ll experience late nights and early mornings, but you’ll reap the benefits of hard work.
