St Kitts and Nevis: Premier of Nevis and Leader of Concerned Citizens Movement Mark Brantley has presented the update on the Bath Community Festival which will be commenced in Nevis. He also shared an update on the events for exposition Nevis 2022.
The Ministry of Tourism in collaboration with the Bath Village Community presented Bath Community Festival which will be held in Nevis on Saturday, May 7th, 2022. The timing will be 12 noon as there are no restrictions on the time and it will end at 12 noon.
The Bath Community Festival will be held at Historic Fort Charles.
Here is the update on the series of activities that will be held at the Festival.
There will be cultural performances with the photo op and also the queen’s Baton. The food will be local food and drink.
In addition to that, there will also be events related to the entertainment of the kids. Dominica will be also played at the festival.
The Tourism ministry have shared an updated calendar of events for the exposition Nevis 2022.
- On Friday, 6th May, 2022: There will be Heritiage Village life at Nevisisn Heritage Village, Gingerland at 10 am.
- On Saturday, 7th May 2022: Bath Community Fair will be held at Fort Charles at 12 noon.
- From Monday 9th to Friday 13th May 2022: There will be VON Radio Quiz daily at 7: 30 am.
- On Thursday 12th May: Entrepreneurship workshop- 9: 00 am at MGR Park.
- On Saturday, 14th May: Under the Known your country, there will be culinary tour of small restaurants. It will be held at Passion, Hill Top, Esmie’s from 10 am
- On Wednesday, 18th May 2022: There will be visit to Bank of Nevis Toursim Youth Congress at NEPAC at 10 am.
- On Saturday, 21st May, 2022: There wil be exposition Nevis Festival held at Malcolm Guishard Recreational Park at 12 noon. The event will be food court, BBQ zone, cultural performances, family, games, competitive activities, kids’ games, art and craft exhibition and more.
- On Friday, 27th May, 2022: There will be Nevis Rivers Farmers’ Cooperative Open Day at Nevis River at 10 am.
- On Tuesday, 31st May, 2022: Prize giving ceremony for essay, video and photography competitions for students.
- On Saturday, 18th June, 2022: Exposition Nevis Tourism Awards Cocktail will be held at Malcolm Gusihard Recreational Park at 6: 30 am.
