Tobago: Tobago Festivals announced the calendar of events for Carnival 2023. The Carnival will be started on Saturday, February 18, 2023, and will be ended on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.

For Scarborough
- On 18, 2023, Saturday- the Junior Carnival Extravaganza will be held at Streets of Scarborough at 10 am
- On 20, 2023, Monday- Scarborough J’ouvert will be held on the Streets of Scarborough, Milford Road & Wilson Road from 5 am to 10 am.
- On 20, 2023, Monday- Traditional Mas/ Night Mas will be held on the Streets of Scarborough, and Market Square Car Park (Wilson Road)
- On 21, 2023, Tuesday- the Senior Parade of the Bands will be held on the Streets of Scarborough, Market Square Car Park (Wilson Road) and Shaw Park Complex at 11 am.
- On 21, 2023, Tuesday- Mud Madness will be held on the Streets of Scarborough, Market Park (Wilson Road)
For Roxborough
- On 18, 2023, Saturday- Windward Afro-Queen Show and Calypso Competition will be held at Cyd Gray Sporting Complex, Roxborough at 8 pm.
- On 19, 2023, Sunday- Roxborough Kiddies Carnival at the Streets of Roxborough, Cyd Gray Sporting Complex to Pirates Boatyard from 11 am to 6 pm.
- On 20, 2023, Monday- Roxborough J’ouvert will be held at Streets of Roxbourgh, Cyd Gray Sporting Complex to Pirates Boatyard from 4 am to 9 am.
- On 20, 2023, Monday, Senior Parade of the Bands/ Night Mas Extravaganza will be Streets of Roxborough, Cyd Gray Sporting Complex to Pirates Boatyard at 1 pm.
For Crown Point
- On 20, 2023, Monday- Crown Point J’ouvert will be held at Streets of Crown Point from 4 am to 9 am.
For Calendar Hall
- On Tuesday, 21, 2023- Pioneers of Calder Hall – Traditional Mas Parade will be held on the Streets of Calendar Hall from 4 am to 9 am.
