Roseau, Dominica: Titanic star and world-renowned actor Leonardo Di Caprio has had a memorable and exciting time in the Nature Isle of the Caribbean– Dominica. He was accompanied by Spiderman star Tobey Maguire last weekend in the country.
Both the stars enjoyed the incredible nature view into the Nature Island for an unparalleled travel experience. They explored the untouched side of mother nature when they ventured into the lush mountains of Nature Island.
The latest posts circulating on Facebook stated that the country has some lovely visitors enjoying the nature island of the Caribbean: Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire are in Dominica.
They were photographed wearing Nature island dive rash guards while out on a snorkel trip in the Atlantic Ocean with conservationist Enric Sala (who was featured in Leo’s doco “Before the Flood”) and photographer Simon Walsh. They posted the photo to their IG and had this to say about Leo and Tobey in the caption, “look closely at the other two environmental ambassadors for oceans in Nature island dive rash guards.
It’s not every day they get to take out Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire for an awesome snorkel trip that took them drifting around The Atlantic in a fun current. Not just ambassadors for their planet but good in the water as well”.
The Embrace Dominica also announced, “Guess who graced Dominica’s shores this week? World-renowned actors Leonardo DiCaprio and Toby Maguire. They were here on an ocean conservationists’ expedition. I’m sure they had a great time on the Nature Isle.”
Earlier, Leonardo Di Caprio also shared a post on his Facebook account featuring, “One of the ‘best-guarded’ reptiles in the world is making a comeback on the Caribbean’s Union Island—thanks to the hard work and commitment of Union Island residents, regional government, and a coalition of local and international conservation organizations, including Re: wild. The bejeweled Union Island Gecko was first described by science in 2005 and immediately became a coveted exotic pet. Aggressive poaching for the pet trade nearly drove the species to extinction.”
