Periods of light to heavy rain and occasional moderate to heavy showers have affected Guadeloupe, Dominica, and Martinique overnight to morning. Some showers also impacted Saint Lucia, St. Vincent and Grenadines.Â
Overnight to morning, moderate to strong thunderstorm clusters formed east of Trinidad and Tobago, bringing some heavy showers and long periods of rain. This continued to add to already occuring flash and river flooding.Â
Dominica Water and Sewerage Company Limited took to social media and shared an update on the communities with water interruption due to the flash flooding.Â
Few showers are moving from SE towards Saint Lucia, a few showers are east of Tobago and light rain is over parts of Dominica and Martinique. Expect increasing chances for occasional showers, some locally heavy and slower moving during the afternoon to early evening.Â
Forecasters at the Meteorological Office at the Maurice Bishop International Airport have advised that the flood and landslide warnings issued for Grenada on Saturday, November 5th, have been discontinued
Significant flash flooding and landslides have been reported in the Windwards. Heavy to very heavy rainfall fell on parts of Dominica, Martinique and Saint Lucia this afternoon to after sunset.Â

A surface trough with ITCZ is bringing some light to heavy showers around the Windwards. This will interact with the South American cold surge from Thursday to Friday to first produce scattered thunderstorms and heavy showers, mainly interior Guianas.
A tropical wave has started to spread some breezy showers from Barbados, Tobago, to Trinidad. A few intermittent moderate to heavy showers can be expected, and a slight chance of thunderstorms.
