The axis of the next tropical wave is presently located near 45° West longitude in the central Atlantic and is moving westward at approximately 15 – 20 kt in Trinidad and Tobago.
Two analysed tropical waves over the Atlantic to the east of the Lesser Antilles are expected. The axis of the nearest tropical wave is, at this time, near 52° west longitude.
Late evening into night, partly cloudy conditions with a few showers and a medium chance (40%) for a heavy shower or thunderstorm. Winds mainly from the southeast to east-southeast.
A Tropical Wave brought a few periods of showers and isolated thunderstorms, mainly in the Windwards and tonight, some scattered in the southern Leewards.
The core area of 95L will pass the central Windwards around Barbados, St. Vincent, St Lucia on Tuesday. Some of the rainfall will be heavy with gusty winds. There's a chance of localized flooding. Monitor your national met office for alerts.
Met Department closely monitors Tropical Disturbance 1, which now has a High Chance of becoming a Tropical Depression before reaching the Eastern Caribbean; The system is not a threat to Montserrat at this time.
