PM Roosevelt Skerrit thanks Dominicans for staying strong amid TS Bret threat

Prime Minister of Dominica- Dr Roosevelt Skerrit, extended thanks to all who rose to the occasion and ready the country for any eventuality with the passing of Tropical Storm Bret. 

All clear for Saint Lucia following Tropical Storm Bret, Travel resumes 

Saint Lucia received the clearance following the impact of Tropical Storm Bret as of 11: 45 am on Friday. Airports will resume operation from 3:00 p.m., accommodations are open, and all roads have been cleared. 

Tropical Storm Warning discontinued for Dominica, flood watch in effect

The Government of Dominica has discontinued the Tropical Storm Warning for Dominica. Sustained tropical storm force winds are not expected across Dominica as the centre of Tropical Storm Bret moves away from the region.

interCaribbean Airways cancels flights for Caribbean as TS Bret approaches 

interCaribbean Airways announced the cancellation of the flights due to the passage of Tropical Storm Bret. The service for Barbados, Saint Lucia and Dominica has been disrupted amid the bad weather conditions.
