The People's Action Movement, one of the main contenders in the recently-concluded Federal elections in St. Kitts & Nevis, invited its supporters to a Thank You Rally on Friday 12th August from 5 pm to midnight.Â
Through his social media, Premier Mark Brantley asked people who could sing to participate in the competition. He asked citizens to register, sing and win some cash.Â
Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew promised that his newly sworn-in government would assist parents who need financial assistance to get the necessary overseas medical care for their sick children.
In the ceremony, newly elected parliamentary representatives from the different constituencies were allotted different ministries and portfolios of the parliament of St Kitts and Nevis dubbed Cabinet Ministers at the Warner Park Cricket Stadium.
PM Drew stated that the SKNLP prides itself on the assistance to advance young people over the years. From education to employment, the SKNLP has and will always lead the cause of addressing issues that affect the young people of St Kitts and Nevis.Â

In her invitation message, Prime Minister Drew stated, "We are inviting the whole country to come out and see the inauguration ceremony of the ministers of the Cabinet of St Kitts and Nevis and their various ministers will be given out as well."
Premier Brantley remarked that the Nevis Island administration had taken another step toward the accomplishment of their commitment to the people. For the betterment of the healthcare facilities on the island, the government is investing highly in the sector.
On August 9, 2022, Dr Terrance Drew spent his first day on the Job as the Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis. He walked to his new Government Headquarters office to thunderous applause and cheers from supporters who had gathered to share the moment.
Following the completion of the election process in St Kitts and Nevis, United States Secretary of State Antony Bliken and other officials of the country congratulated Dr Terrance Drew on his election as the fourth prime minister of the Federation.Â
