Patricia Scotland- Secretary General of the Commonwealth, delivered the keynote address at the City of London and also held a Black History talk with the Kenneth Olisa OBE.
In the meeting, every member state of the Commonwealth has shown their appearance. CSG Patricia Scotland expressed pleasure and joy at the fact that this was the first meeting since the Commonwealth family grew from 54 to 56 nations.
