According to the bail condition, the man must stay 100 meters away from the victims and must not have any communication with them, whether directly or indirectly.

11-year-old Rachel Bhagwandeen was killed by a family dog while at her grandparent's home at Solomon St. Vistabella on Thursday, 25th August 2022, after the dog escaped from its kennel.
