On Monday September 19, Minister of Health, Dr Frank Anthony attended the Third Quarter Senior Nurses Statutory Meeting held at the Grand Coastal Hotel.

The Head of State made the presentation while delivering the feature address at the village's Amerindian Heritage celebration this afternoon.

President Irfaan Ali met with the President of the 76th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), Abdulla Shahid and his delegation today at State House.

This, he explained, is aimed at making the community an agriculture hub. The President made the announcement while delivering remarks at the community's annual Heritage Month Funday.
