Cayman Islands representative Lila Higgo has lowered the age group region leading times in the backstroke of 29.20,1:03.16 AND 2:19.38 at Tyr meet in Fort Lauderdale.

Lila Higgo is swimming for the Bolles Sharks and the 2022 13-14 CARIFTA champion and record holder at 30.19 with a PB of 30.08. Her team mate and Olympian Jillian Crooks and defending CARIFTA 15-17 champion of TAC Titans would also be in the sprint event.
