Castries, St Lucia: South Florida and neighbouring regions experienced the Summer ‘Saint Lucia Style’ Roadshow on June 16th. The informative and interactive showcase held at Jungle Island, highlighted our summer offerings which include up to 60% off on accommodations and tours, the return of major events like Saint Lucia Carnival 2022, and news on the destination.

The Florida region, and travelers desirous of connecting, now have more options of flying to Saint Lucia, thanks to a second daily flight with American Airlines from Miami International Airport (MIA) to Hewanorra International Airport (UVF), Saint Lucia. This second daily service will operate from June, through to August and then resume in the Winter, from December 15th.

The event welcomed well over 60 Travel Agents, Consumer and Travel Media, Airline, and Trade Partners. Diaspora Leaders were present, and the Saint Lucia Consulate Office in Miami was represented.

Earlier, The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority’s Summer ‘Saint Lucia Style’ Roadshow continued Tuesday, June 14th in Dallas, Texas. Travel Trade, airline, and industry partners along with the media are now excited about Summer in Saint Lucia.

The good news is that travelers from Texas can have breakfast at home, and lunch in paradise, thanks to continued direct service with American Airlines from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) to UVF, Saint Lucia.

The audience heard directly from Public Relations Manager, Geraine Georges about what to expect this summer. Chairman of the Board of Directors, Thaddeus M. Antoine enthused the audience with upcoming events. CEO, Lorine Charles St. Jules presented Saint Lucia’s compelling industry updates, and Senior Sales Manager, Richard Moss focused on “Why Saint Lucia”.

Destination partners showcased their offerings and eagerly gifted the audience with night stays, day cruises, and other prizes.

A taste of Saint Lucia was presented through a cultural presentation and flavors of Chairman’s Reserve rum.
