Castries, St Lucia: The Government of St Lucia has come up with an event named Roseau Valley Youth Farmer’s Market to facilitate the people with access to various products in the market. 

The Government has announced the events and various other measures related to the Farmer’s Market that will be held in St Lucia next week. 

The Ministry of Youth Development and Sports, in collaboration with the Taiwanese Technical Mission, Saint Lucia and the Roseau Valley Youth Alliance, will showcase young farmers from the Roseau Valley at an upcoming Farmers’ Market.

The Farmer’s Market will also provide an opportunity for farmers across the nation to profess their feeling and show their talents in their respective fields. 

The aim of the Farmer’s market is to enhance the knowledge and awareness about the agriculture sector among the youth across the country. It will help to attract the youth towards the profession of agriculture so that they could enhance the field with their young and energetic minds. 

The event will be held on the Marigot Playing field, on May 28th, 2022, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 

Moreover, the Government of St Lucia also asserted that the citizens of the country could enjoy the live performance by the African Roots Band. 

Further people could also get the tickets in the meanwhile as breakfast tickets are also on sale.

In addition to that, the Government of St Lucia also encouraged the citizens of the country so that the local farmers get uplifted. 

The Government was launching the farmer market to create awareness about the local farmers and encouraged the entire nation about the local market and local thongs.
