St Kitts and Nevis: "You can't keep good man down," PLP echoes in monthly health walk
St Kitts and Nevis: People’s Labour Party held a massive monthly health walk in constituency three on Saturday, June 4, 2022. In the health walks, various leaders of PLP, along with Prime Minister Dr Timothy Harris, joined and interacted with the people in the constituency.
“You can’t keep a good man down.” There are some words echoed by supporters of PLP across the nation in the constituency 3.
Supporters of the People’s Labour Party across the country also accompanied the health walks and outlined the importance of them being healthy and physical activities.
Scores of supporters across the entire country accompanied Prime Minister Dr Timothy Harris, Hon Akilah Byron Nisbett, and other PLP candidates as they ventured from Challengers to the Constituency #3 Office.
Prime Minister Timothy Harris also addressed the walk and stated that a large and vibrant crowd of young, energetic people showed solidarity and support for the People’s Labour Party.
PM Harris noted, “We journeyed from Challengers to Cardin Avenue, then exiting through Lime Kiln, culminating at the constituency three PLP’s Office. Hundreds of people greeted and met PLP’s leadership.”
In keeping with the goal of promoting healthy lifestyles, the walk provided an opportunity for the citizens and residents to partake in a physical exercise and to socialize within a political group that welcomes all, regardless of political history; the walk was an exciting display of the unwavering support and love that the people of St. Kitts and Nevis have for the People’s Labour Party.
The walk then culminated at the Constituency Office, where all participants mingled and enjoyed a tasty breakfast. Everyone gathered and photographed the moment, which was described as a tremendous success.
PM Harris further called it a successful health walk and underlined, “A blessing to lead the fastest growing political party on St Kitts and Nevis Victory ahead. We got this. Another amazing health walk with so many participants. A real #community spirit in play.”
