
St Kitts and Nevis: The St. Christopher Air and Sea Ports Authority (SCASPA) is elated to welcome Voyager of the Seas——the second (2nd) maiden call to St Kitts this week.
Today, Saturday November 12th 2022, Minister responsible for Tourism et. al Marsha Henderson led a contingent of Tourism stakeholders and partners onboard the 15-decker beauty docked at Port Zante for a brief plaque exchange ceremony in honour of the ships first visit to the island.
During the brief plaque exchange ceremony, gMarsha Henderson expressed sincere gratitude for the ships visit and for her team’s hard and persistent work in building and maintaining vital relations with Royal Caribbean International.
Jamo Guishard SCASPA pilot representative received high recognition from the captain of the vessel—-as he commended Gishard on his skills and expertise in safely berthing the vessel earlier this morning.
Shortly after the Plaque exchange ceremony, the contingent received a guided tour of the ship.
Voyager of the Seas is the lead ship of the Voyager class of cruise ships operated by Royal Caribbean International. This ship offers a wide variety of fun and exciting activities ranging from thrilling water slides, reinvigorating spas, adults-only solarium, Voyager Dunes, ice-skating, rock-climbing wall, and totally reimagined spaces for every kid and teen on board the vessel.
On Wednesday, November 09th, St Kitts saw its first inaugural call into Port Zante with Carnival Spirit.
The month of November for Cruise Tourism in St Kitts has been amped with a number of cruise calls, including the largest cruise vessel in the world—-Wonder of the Seas——a Royal Caribbean International Oasis-class vessel scheduled for November 24th.
St Kitts as it welcomes the inaugural cruise call of the revolutionary vessel “Voyager of the Seas.” The vessel boasts of its guest capacity of 3,602 passengers and its 15 decks of exhilaration. The ship is ideal for adventure lovers as it provides twin-racer waterslides, a rock-climbing wall, a full-size basketball court, an ice-skating rink, and a Battle for Planet Z laser tag.
