St Kitts and Nevis: St Kitts and Nevis is all set to host “Patriotic Day” with three events on Monday (September 18, 2023). The events will mark the celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Independence Day.
The Patriotic Day will feature National Pride Fair, Independence Heritage Expo and Independence Ceremonial Parade with First Ever Drone Light Show. The activities will highlight the importance of the Independence celebration.
It will also raise the awareness among the citizens about the national heroes who sacrificed their life for the freedom. The event will also mark the establishment of St Kitts and Nevis as the growing nation.

- The St Kitts and Nevis Diaspora Breakfast Event
The St Kitts and Nevis Diaspora Breakfast Event will be held on September 18, 2023 at St Kitts Mariott Resort. The time for the event is the 8: 00 pm and location is Saba Room.
The event will feature the interaction between the political leaders of St Kitts and Nevis other diaspora leaders. The Independence event will enhance the relations of the Federation with other countries.
- National Pride Fair
St Kitts and Nevis will host the National Pride Fair for fun, food, live entertainment and cash prizes. The event will start from 3 pm to 10 pm. The government of St Kitts and Nevis will also aske the patrons to wear patriotic attire.
The event will feature competition between the patrons with the patriotic attire and provide chance to win prizes. The attire should be the perfect representation of St Kitts and Nevis specialties. The venue of the National Pride Fair is Independence Square.
The pride fair will enhance the experience of the visitors and make them to learn about the Independence celebration. All roads will lead to Warner Park Cricket Stadium. Interested vendors can contact the ministry of tourism of St Kitts and Nevis.
- Independence Ceremonial Parade
St Kitts and Nevis will host the Independence Ceremonial Parade on Monday at Warner Park Cricket Stadium. The time of the event is 11: 30 pm. The event will live stream on several platform and make the people to enhance their knowledge about the Independence.
The parade will be held under the theme- “Growing Sustainably, Developing Maturely, Building Resiliency: Independence 40.”
The 40th Independence Ceremonial Parade will feature several new elements, such as a drone light show, parade of assets and various drill displays that will capture the spectacle of the occasion and pay tribute to the nation’s four decades of achievements.
