Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis- Dr Terrance Drew, will host the press conference with his Cabinet Ministers on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 10: 00 am.

St Kitts and Nevis: Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis- Dr Terrance Drew, will host the press conference with his Cabinet Ministers on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 10: 00 am. The conference will be held at the NEMA Conference Room of the Federation. 

Prime Minister Terrance Drew took to Facebook to share updates on the conference. He invited the people to participate in the Prime Minister’s Press Conference. He said, “You are invited to participate in the Prime Minister’s Press Conference, which will be held at the NEMA Conference Room on Thursday, May 18 2023, at 10:00 am.” 

The aim of the press conference is to foster engagement and dialogue between the media and the Ministers of Government, to create awareness and provide an update on the major developments within the Federation, and to address areas of concern within the public.

The representatives of the media interested in participating should enter the venue by 9.30 am to facilitate an early start.

In an effort to better assist the media and to ensure that your concerns and questions are addressed, the government of St Kitts and Nevis kindly ask that they should submit topics of interest by tomorrow, Wednesday, May 17 12:00 pm so that they can be forwarded to the relevant Ministers in advance.  

PM Terrance Drew stated, “Join us on Thursday, May 18, at 10:00 am for another press conference to hear more about the advancements within the Federation.” 

Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew will interact with the media persons and outline steps taken out by his government for the betterment of St Kitts and Nevis. He, along with his cabinet, also share his vision, and plans for the upliftment of the socio-economic aspect of the country. 

Recently, he also attended a Roundtable where he outlined the plans for the Housing Revolution. He announced the government will build 2400 houses. He said, “During our 2022 election campaign, we pledged to build a National Performing Arts Centre and Academy. During The Roundtable, I spoke about the vision and a number of other initiatives the St Kitts-Nevis Labour Party Administration intends to introduce to stimulate the economy and advance the Arts within the Federation.”
