A total of 26,306 people were fully vaccinated against the viral infection caused by the novel coronavirus in St Kitts and Nevis over the past 24 hours on Friday, February 25, 2022.

The Health Ministry of the Federation has given the latest update on the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic and stated that 77.2 percent of the total population had received the second dose of the vaccine against the COVID-19 pandemic.

On the other hand, a total of 3,024 people have received booster shots of the vaccine against the viral infection of the COVID-19 pandemic over the past 24 hours on Friday, February 25, 2022.

As per the statics of the vaccination in the country, a total of 43,692 people have been administered the jabs of the vaccine against the viral infection of the COVID-19 pandemic in St Kitts over the past 24 hours.

On the other hand, a total of 13,799 people received the vaccine doses in Nevis over the past 24 hours.

So far, the rate of 82.5 percent of the total adult population has received the first dose of the vaccine, while 9.2 percent of people have received booster shots of the COVID-19 vaccine in the country.

As per the vaccination status among the children who are aged between 12-17 years, the vaccination rate with the second dose among the children stood at 16.8 percent, while it stood at 18.5 percent in the first dose.

On Friday, St Kitts and Nevis have reported one additional case of the COVID-19 pandemic, while a total of 5 people have been recovered from the viral illness over the past 24 hours.

The toll of the confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus in St Kitts and Nevis stood at 5,526, while a total of 5,472 people have been recovered from the COVID-19 pandemic so far.
