St Kitts and Nevis: Garden Hotspurs wins first match of Keith Gumbs U17 Football league
St Kitts and Nevis: Garden Hotspurs Football Team secured victory against the Village in the match of the St Kits and Nevis Youth Leagues 2023. The team won the match with 3-2 goals under Keith Gumbs U17 leagues.
In a Facebook, St Kitts and Nevis Football Association shared the results of the youth leagues and announced the list of the winners in different groups.
Dieppe Bay also secured victory in the match of the Keith Gumbs U17 leagues. The team won the match by default as Conaree did not show up.
Besides this, the match under the SKNFA Premier Youth Cup (U13) went draw as both the teams Dieppe Bay and Saddlers United made one- one runs. Further, the second match of the category was won by Molineux against St Paul’s United by 3- 2 runs.
Along with that, the third match under the SKNFA Premier Youth Cup U13 was won by Conaree Fireballs against Cayon with 5-4 runs. Village team has secured victory in the same category against St Thomas/Trinity with 4-1 goals.
The fourth match under the category was cancelled as the Garden Hotspurs did not show up. This has led Sandy Point to secure the victory in the match by default.
The victory in the first match under the category ATIBA Harris U15 league was secured by St Paul’s United by default. The opposite team named Newtown Ground did not show up in the match. The second match of the category was won by Saddlers against Dieppe Bay by 4- 0.
In the third match, Village emerged victorious against St Thomas/Trintiy by 3-0 runs. On the other hand, St Peters also won the fourth match of the category against Trinity/Challengers by 14- 0 runs.
The third match of the Keith Gumbs U17 League was secured by Cayon against St Peters by 5-3 runs. St Thomas/Trinity also emerged victorious in the category against Newtown by 6-0.
The football games under the youth leagues took place in St Kitts and Nevis at different venues every weekend. The result marked the points of the team in the standing and make them for paving their path in the finals of the category.
