St Kitts and Nevis: The airlift of St Kitts and Nevis has showcased a remarkable 14% system-wide increase for the winter season. The surge has marked the strong hold of the destination in the tourism industry.

The growth in the stayover visitor numbers and sustainable practices in St Kitts and Nevis has added significant potential in the airlift industry. Marsha Henderson- Minister of Tourism expressed pleasure in witnessing surge in the airlift.

The direct service of JetBlue between St Kitts and Nevis and the United States will also enhance the connectivity. The year-round service from New York (JFK) to St Kitts starting November 2, 2023. The direct year-round flights will offer seamless travel experiences to and from New York.

The service will open new avenues for tourism and trade opportunities. The airline will provide the flights three times weekly, on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. It will provide travellers with greater flexibility and convenience.

Besides this, the United Airlines has also announced the expansion of the service of the flights to St Kitts. The service expanded through August 2024. The airline showcased paramount confidence in the growth potential of St Kitts. It will also enhance the interest the customers.

Further, Air Canada has also witnessed 66 percent growth in the flight bookings to St Kitts. It complemented the destination’s allure and the desire of travellers to experience the island’s beauty and rich culture.

It also offers boost in the tourism industry of the destination.

Along with that, the service for the regional airlines- interCaribbean Airways and Caribbean Airlines also showcased the brilliant performance of the airlift of St Kitts and Nevis. It also serves as an essential connecting hub for travellers, bringing new opportunities for cultural exchange, economic growth and sustainable development.

The carriers such as American Airlines, British Airways, Delta Airlines, LIAT, WinAir, Seaborne Airline has been welcomed in St Kitts and Nevis. The service of the airlines played significant role in expanding St Kitts’s reach at the global stage.

These airlines provided convenient and reliable access to travellers from all corners of the world. With the continued expansion of airlift, St Kitts aimed to become an unmissable destination.
