Saint Lucia tops League C of Group B in Gold Cup, know standings

Caribbean: Saint Lucia topped the chart of the points table in League C of Group B of “Road to W Gold Cup”. The National Football Team scored three points with one victory and one lost.

Recently, Saint Lucia secured victory against Guadeloupe with 5-1 goals on Tuesday afternoon, adding points in its standing. However, the team lost its first match of the tournament. With the first position, the country will pave its smooth path toward the Gold Cup of the football.

The matches of the tournament were started on September 20, 2023. It features hosting of the matches of the group stage between different countries. With the performance, the standings of the different countries have been unveiled for football tournament.

Besides this, Grenada also secured first position in the League C of Group C in the tournament. The team secured six points in the points table of the tournament with two victories and zero lost. The girls won two matches against Bahamas with 6-1 and 4-1 goal differences.

Gold Cup shared the standings of the teams in different leagues of “Road to W Gold Cup” football tournament.

• Mexico secured first position with six points. The team secured two victories with seven goal differences.
• Puerto Rico secured second position in the league.
• Trinidad and Tobago stood at the last position with one lost at “Road to W Gold Cup” tournament.

• Panama topped the group B of the tournament with one victory and one lost. The country scored three points.
• Guatemala stood at the second position in the group with three points. The country secured victory in one match and lost another match.
• Jamaica stood at the third position with zero points.

League A (Group C)

• Costa Rica stood at the first position with three points.
• Haiti stood at the second position with three points. It has captured victory in one match.
• St Kitts and Nevis is at the last position

League B (Group A)

• Suriname won the first position in the League B of Group A of “Road to W Gold Cup” with six points. The team secured victory in two matches.
• Guyana stood at the second position with three points.
• Antigua and Barbuda stood at the third position with three points.
• Dominica stood at the last position.

League B (Group B)

• El Salvador secured first position with six points. The team won two matches.
• Honduras stood at the second position with four points. The team secured victory in one match.
• Nicaragua is on the third position in the points table.
• Martinique stood at the fourth position in League B of Group B.

League B (Group C)

• Bermuda topped the chart of the points table of League B of Group C with six points. The team secured two victories.
• Barbados stood at the second position with three points.
• Dominican Republic secured third position with three points at “Road to W Gold Cup” football tournament.
• St Vincent and the Grenadines stood at the last position.

League C (Group A)

• Belize topped the chart in the league with six points.
