Castries, Saint Lucia: The parents and players of Saint Lucia will participate in the 5th Annual Future Stars Combine Scouting Exhibition scheduled for Ontario, Canada. Saint Lucia Football Association also talked to participants.
This Exhibition which will be held from the 19th – 21st of December, affords the players to try out for a football scholarship.
Future Stars- a Football Scouting organisation out of Canada, has invited the Saint Lucia Football Association Inc to select ten of their most talented players to partake in the 5th Annual Future Stars Combine Scouting Exhibition.
This Exhibition will allow the players to showcase the player’s abilities and talents in front of the most prominent NCAA D1, D2, NAIA, NJCAA, OUA, OCAA, and MLS academy programs. There will also be MLS, USL, CPL, and professional agents in attendance who will be selecting individual players to be considered professional and semi-professional levels.
It also affords players in search of furthering their education an opportunity to gain full scholarships to some of the most prominent Colleges and Universities in Europe, Canada and the United States of America.
Over the last five years, Future Star Sports has recruited and sent over 100 athletes to universities in the USA on full scholarship and have placed well over 200 athletes in similar positions in Canada.
As a result of this initiative and the invitation extended, the Saint Lucia Football Association have selected the following players. On Wednesday, 30th November, SLFA Inc. met with the parents of the selected players to further appraise them and provide clarity.

To this end, the Saint Lucia Football Association Inc. would cover the cost of Airfares to and from Canada, assume responsibility for accommodation for the players while in Canada and also cover the cost of all VISA Fees.
