Saint Lucia to host 2022 Blackheart Knockout Football Tournament, shares schedule

The Ministry of Youth Development and Sports of Saint Lucia shared the schedule of the 2022 Blackheart Knockout Football Tournament. 

Castries, Saint Lucia: The Ministry of Youth Development and Sports of Saint Lucia shared the schedule of the 2022 Blackheart Knockout Football Tournament. 

The tournament will be held from September 24, 2022, to October 22, 2022. The month-long tournament will witness various matches and games in which players will show their perfect games. 

The players of the football game across the nation will participate in the tournament.

  • September 24 and 25, 2022: On the very first and starting of the tournament, the audience will witness the Playoffs between the teams at Mabouya Valley.
  • September 28, 2022: On the day, there will be a press launch which will be hosted by authorities. On the same day will conduct the Fixture Draw. It will be held in Gros Islet and HRDC.
  • October 1, 2 and 3, 2022: There will be a tournament at Mabouya Valley on the day.
  • October 5 and 8, 2022: The tournament will be held at Soufriere Mini Stadium.
  • October 9, 2022: There will be a second round of the football game on the day at Mabouya Valley.
  • October 19, 2022: The semifinals of the football matches will be held on the day at Darren Sammy Cricket Ground in Gros Islet.
  • October 22, 2022: The finals of the football matches will be held on the day. The finals of the matches will be held at Daren Sammy Cricket Stadium.

The Ministry of Youth Development and Sports of Saint Lucia hosted the youth of Gros Islet; part 2 of your discussions with Youth Worker Melissa Louisien takes place today at the GI Human Resource Development Center beginning at 6:00 pm.

The Daren Sammy Cricket Stadium also hosted the eight matches of the Hero Caribbean Premier League 2022. The hosting of the CPL 2022 featured the arrival of visitors across the globe. 

Saint Lucia Kings also secured the second spot in the points table after winning various matches in the CPL 2022.
