Castries, Saint Lucia: Saint Lucia is all set to host Restaurant Week from April 22 to April 29, 2023. The festival will aim to showcase the vibrant cuisine of the world’s best honeymoon destination.

Celebrate Earth Day with Saint Lucia’s Restaurant Week from April 22-29, 2023, and explore the unique flavours of the island with its eclectic mix of African, American, European, Indian, and Caribbean cuisine.

Saint Lucia Tourism Authority took to Facebook to share the update. During the restaurant week, people will enjoy the hearty provisions and stews of the rugged mountain villages and tantalizing seafood dishes of the renowned coastal areas, all while savouring healthy options and farm-to-table experiences.

Visitors can experience Lucian versions of the national dish of green figs and salt fish at a variety of participating restaurants across the island, including Rodney Bay Village, Soufriere, and Vieux Fort.

People will enjoy complimentary cocktails, discounts, and even the chance to win a meal for two. The Gros Islet’s legendary Friday ‘Jump Up’ street party is also a foodie paradise with various food vendors and stalls serving the best seafood as the sizzling smells waft through the streets as exotic rhythms fill the air.

Award-winning restaurants, quality ingredients, and delicious cuisine in sumptuous settings are all on the menu during Restaurant Week. At the same time, the nightlife hub that thrives in Rodney Bay offers an excellent choice of restaurants and bars to choose from.
