The UK 13 years and under school cricket teams tour of Saint Lucia continued on Monday, March 27, with St. Martin School coming up against the Northern Cluster Grassroots representative team under the floodlights at the Gros Islet Playing Field.
The Northern Cluster boys batting first made 159 for 5 in their allocation of 20 overs, with Aiden Scholar making 44, Kareem Francis 31 retired, Neil Poyotte 16 not out, Kanil Nelson 16 and Ethan Perneau 10.
In reply, St Martin School was dismissed for 95 in 20 overs.
The wicket takers for the Northern Cluster Grassroots team were; Kanil Nelson and Troy Prospare with two wickets each and one wicket each to Dante Eugene, Tristan Wilson, Aiden Scholar, Neil Poyotte and Kareem Francis.
Alton Crafton asked the public to note the standings for the Semi-Final places in the 2023 Ministry of Youth Development and Sports Schools Under 19, 50 Over Cricket Tournament after the quarterfinal matches.
