Castries, Saint Lucia: The Ministry of Tourism, Investment, Creative, Industries, Culture, and Information, in partnership with the Cultural Development Foundation (CDF), and the Carnival Planning and Management Committee, has announced the dates for Saint Lucia Carnival 2023 and unveiled the calendar of activities on Wednesday.

The Carnival 2023 for Saint Lucia will be held from July 1 to July 7, 2022. 

By being one of the first islands to launch a compelling lineup for Carnival 2023, the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority will join in the announcement as we lead with a media launch on October 6 in Miami, Florida. This initiative serves as part of our strategy to capture the early gains from the pent-up demand for the next staging of the much-awaited Carnival.

The media launch of the Carnival will be held on Wednesday, October 5, at 10 a.m. at the GIS studios.

On July 1, 2022: The first event of the Carnival 2023 is National Carnival Queen Pageant

On July 2, 2022: The audience will witness Junior Carnival as the second event. 

On July 6, 2022: The third event of the Carnival 2023 is Inter Commercial Calypso. 

On July 7, 2022: The audience will get mesmerized by the fourth event of the Saint Lucia Carnival 2023 is National Soca Monarch. 

On July 8, 2022: On this day, the fifth event will be held. The name of the event is National Calypso Finals. 

On July 9, 2022: The audience will be entertained by the sixth event of the Saint Lucia Carnival 2023 is National Panorama Competition. 

On July 10, 2022: The name of the event is King and Queen of the Bands. 

On July 17, 2022: The audience will witness another event named National J’ouvert. 

On July 17 and July 18, 2022: The exciting and entertaining Carnival will be concluded with the Parade of The Bands on the two days.
