Saint Lucia commences Concacaf Women’s C Licence Football Coaching Course

Castries, Saint Lucia: The Saint Lucia Football Association Inc. commenced its Concacaf Women’s C Licence Football Coaching Course at its Headquarters in La Clery on Tuesday, 13th December 2022.

This attendance bears testimony to the seriousness being placed into the development of the sport and the commitment by coaches in driving more specifically women football forward, and by extension making it the number one sport accessible to all and sundry.

The Course which is both theoretical and practical in nature will run for five days culminating on Saturday 17th December. It will also be centered around numerous video analyses with participants working in groups to present on them.

This Course is being spearheaded by local Coaching Educators and Training Facilitators Cyril Cess Podd, Emmanuel Bellas and Solomon Alexander. Overseeing the Course is Concacaf Coaching Instructor / Trainer Lenny Blake.

Some of the topics down for discussion and not limited to centers around the following
