Manchester, UK: Richard Caring- Chairman of Caprice Holdings is all set to open his new restaurant named “Sexy Fish” in Manchester this autumn. It will serve the third restaurant of the company, following in the footsteps of London’s Mayfair in 2015 and Miami in 2022. 

The restaurant will take centre stage in a stunning landmark building facing onto Deansgate in the heart of Manchester. It will feature a spectacular interior with artworks from international artist Damien Hirst. 

While expressing pleasure, Caprice Holding Chairman Richard Caring said that the entire company is working hard to bring Sexy Fish perfectly. He said that they believe that the Sexy Fish will receive the appreciation and love of the people of Manchester. 

He said, ”Manchester follows on from the successful restaurants in London and Miami. Caprice Holdings, as a company, has an affinity with the city, and we believe that Sexy Fish will be loved and enjoyed by the people of Manchester. I repeat we are truly excited and look forward to being in one of the greatest cities in the UK and the world.”

The three giant sculptures incorporating creatures from under the sea will serve as the perfect interior design to the elegance of the restaurant. The interior elements, such as a collection of iconic ‘Fish Lamps’ from world-famous designer and architect Frank Gehry, a beautiful Verde Esmerelda stone floor, and a series of bespoke glass columns created by master Venetian glassmakers on the island of Murano will build the artistic taste of the restaurant. 

Sexy Fish Manchester will also provide a perfect space for the one-of-kind destination bar of glowing pink onyx. The glass set against a backdrop of a cascading waterfall will provide captivating look to the restaurant. 

While opening for lunch and dinner, the sexy fish will expertise themselves in delectable a la carte options, Omakase tasting menus, and late-night dining options. The tantalising creations inspired by the seas of Asia, alongside signatures such as Duck Salad, Smoked Tuna Belly, Crispy Eringi Mushroom, Black Cod, and King Crab will be applied on the dishes. 

The menus will feature unique recipes prepared by internationally renowned and acclaimed Chef Director Bjoern Weissgerber. The largest champagne collection will provide unique offers to the visitors with 75 different references. 

The innovative Trinity Menu will welcome the guests on the opening. It will be the perfect collection of award-winning cocktails from London and Miami, alongside four bespoke serves curated specifically for Sexy Fish Manchester, including Strawberry & Grapefruit, featuring Hibiki Harmony Japanese whisky, strawberry, grapefruit, black pepper, lemon and soda, and Tonic & Mango, created with Manchester’s own Thomas Dakin Gin, aromatic tonic water, mango, coconut, and pandan.

The world-class international performers and DJs will enhance the late-night entertainment in the restaurant. Sexy Fish Manchester will also add stunning private dining room, The Tropical Reef Room, with a picturesque aquarium filled with a magical cacophony of exotic fish.

Sexy Fish Manchester opens in Spinningfields this autumn.
