Roseau, Dominica: The Ministry of National Security and Home Affairs in the Commonwealth of Dominica announced that all the citizens in overseas territories that the processing of e-passport Applications for the country via the Mobile Application Units will commence on the date, time, and country as follows:
- French St Martin and Dutch St Maarten
- Monday, June 20 to Thursday, June 23, 2022
- Duncan’s Law Office, Philipsburg, St Maarten
- June 20th, 21st, and 22nd– 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
- June 23rd– 9:00 am to 2: 00 pm.
- St Croix, USVI
- Monday, June 27 to Wednesday, June 29, 2022
- Marion’s Hall at St Ann Church, Barren Spot
- June 27 and 28, 2022 from 9: 00 am to 2: 00 pm.
- St Thomas, USVI
- Monday, June 27 to Thursday, June 30, 2022
- Gomez Elementary School is located next to Metro Motors
- 9: 00 am to 4: 00 pm daily
- St John, USVI
- Thursday, June 30, 2022

How one could apply for it:
- Download the passport application form by visiting dominica.gov.dm/forms.
- Submit payment for the passport ($150- adult/$75- children under 16), in person or via e-payment at epayment.dominica.gov.dm.
- Along with the completed application form, the following documents are required:
- Two passport-sized facial photos- Photographs can be taken onsite by members of the mobile team.
- Original copies of Birth certificates
- Original copies of Marriage certificates, certificates of Naturalization, Adoption Certificates, and Birth Certificates of parents where the circumstances warrant.
- Original Copies of Decree Nisi (in the case of the divorced woman)
- Original translated certificates, where applicable
- Payment receipt for online transactions
