The meeting was held on the last day of the Summit and various other Caribbean leaders have also conducted discussions with US VP.

Since arriving in Los Angeles, President Ali has been interviewed by the New York Times and CGTN America. The Head of State is currently in Los Angeles, California, for the ninth Summit of the Americas which is taking place this week.
Throughout the summit, US leaders and leaders from North, Central, and South America and the Caribbean are expected to explore economic relationships and general goals for the Western Hemisphere. A packed schedule of events is carded, including plenary and roundtable discussions.
