Premier Brantley welcomes American actor Kelsey Grammer to Nevis

St Kitts and Nevis: Premier of Nevis and Leader of Concerned Citizens’ Movement welcomed actor Kelsey Grammer to Nevis on Sunday, April 17, 2022. Grammer was on the trip to Nevis for the shooting of his latest film.

Premier of Nevis Mark Brantley welcomed the actor and stated that the film industry is one of the solutions which facilitate the island during the tough times of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Premier Brantley emphasized that the setup of the film industry on the island is the response of his Concerned Citizens’ Movement led Nevis Island Administration toward the COVID-19 pandemic, which has worked nicely. Moreover, the country also witnesses success due to the film industry.

While expressing pleasure, Premier of Nevis Mark Brantley noted, “Truly an honour to welcome actor Kelsey Grammer to #Nevis for his latest #film. The film industry on the island as one of my government’s responses to the Covid pandemic has been developing nicely.”

He has done inc incredible work, and he is crowned to be known for his two-decade-long portrayal of a psychiatrist. The name of the two psychiatrists is Dr Frasier Crane on the NBC sitcom Cheers and its spin-off Frasier. Moreover, these two sitcoms have won great awards. A total of four awards have been taken for his two sitcoms. The name of the awards were two Primetime Emmy Awards and two Golden Globe Awards.
