PM Timothy Harris promotes citizenship by investment programme in Dubai as the “fastest and safest”

Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis addressed a high-level event at Jumeirah Hotel in Dubai where he promoted the country’s Citizenship by Investment Programme. PM said St Kitts and Nevis offers “fastest and safest” citizenship by investment programme under the Sustainable Growth Fund Option.

He said the Citizenship By Investment Programme of St Kitts and Nevis is also awarded as “fastest and safest citizenship” globally by the CBI Index of Financial Times PWM Magazine.

The event, which was held on Monday evening, was also attended by Minister of Social Development and Gender Affairs Eugene Hamilton, Permanent Representative to the United Nations Ambassador Ian MacDonald Liburd, St Kitts and Nevis’ ambassador to the UAE Justin Kareem Hawley and CEO of the Citizenship by Investment Unit Les Khan.

During his address, PM Harris said that Citizenship by Investment is a gateway for the development in the Federation. PM encouraged more people to invest in St Kitts and Nevis via the Citizenship by Investment Programme.

Currently, the programme is offering special pricing for applicants under the Sustainable Growth Fund. Under its exclusive offer, applicants can apply for second citizenship at USD 150,000 for a family of four. The original price for the same is USD 195,000; with this exclusive offer applicant gets USD 45,000 off. The exclusive is valid for only a limited period and will end on 31 December 2021.

St Kitts and Nevis also share a longstanding relationship with the MENA region. PM said, “Among developed countries like USA and UK, St Kitts and Nevis continues as a top destination for CBI for Middle Eastern clients in the last several decades.”

The Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF) is the fastest and most straightforward route towards acquiring St Kitts and Nevis economic citizenship.

PM Harris also highlighted that St Kitts and Nevis had experienced a double growth in the agricultural sector and an immediate increase in the people working in this sector, which boosted the country’s economy. He said it created various employment opportunities in the export manufacturing sector. He emphasised that these activities further help in strengthening the nation’s economy.

In 1984, St Kitts and Nevis established the Citizenship by Investment (CBI) programme, which is also longstanding in the world till now.

St Kitts and Nevis have been ranked as the best and fastest CBI Programme of 2021. CBI Index of Financial Times’ PWM Magazine also recognised the Federation for having the most vital offering in the Caribbean for visa-free & visa-on-arrival destinations.

After obtaining the second citizenship of St Kitts and Nevis, the person can travel to nearly 160 nations and regions across the seven continents.
