PM Timothy Harris conducts tour of Frigate Bay Strip to improve tourist hotspots

Prime Minister Dr Timothy Harris, along with Minister of Tourism Wendy Phipps, conducted a tour of the Frigate Bay Strip to take access and improve the infrastructure and overall attractiveness of the local and tourist hotspot on Thursday, May 19, 2022.

He stated that the aim of the aim was to build the structure of the sport, which could feasibly attract the local tourists so that it could boost the tourist industry in the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis. 

Prime Minister Timothy Harris noted, “As the work of the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis continues, Prime Minister Dr Timothy Harris and Minister of #Tourism, the Honourable Wendy Phipps, conducted a tour of the Frigate Bay Strip.”

Further, the Managing Director of the Frigate Bay Development Corporation, Sleigh Boncamper, provided an update to Prime Minister Dr Timothy Harris on works being done to improve the infrastructure and overall attractiveness of the local and tourist hotspot.

On the other hand, on the same day, Newly appointed Ambassador of Italy to St. Kitts, and Nevis Fabrizio Nicoletti paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Dr Timothy Harris earlier this morning.

Prime Minister Harris and Ambassador Nicoletti discussed a number of matters aimed at strengthening the bilateral relationship between both nations.

While extending to the tourism minister, Prime Minister Dr Timothy Harris stated, “Thanks to our new Minister of Tourism Senator Wendy Phipps, I had a guided tour of the Strip and interacted with many persons there. Something good is happening. God bless.”
