St Kitts and Nevis: Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew introduced the new programme named “INFOCUS- Your Government, Your Business” aiming to provide updates on all major developments in the government of St Kitts and Nevis. It will be started from March 1, 2023.
PM Terrance Drew took to social media and called the citizens to remain stay tune in with the programme so that they could be aware of every major development brought out by the government in St Kitts and Nevis.
He cited, ”Be sure to tune in. A new programme is being introduced to keep you abreast of all major developments in Government. INFOCUS – Your Government; Your Business.”
The programme will be held on every Wednesday from 1: 00 pm to 2: 00 pm. It will be streamed live on Facebook page and YouTube page of SKNIS. The INFOCUS will also broadcasts live on ZIZ Radio 96.1 FM.
Along with that, the citizens can witness the rebroadcasting of the same programme on every Sunday through ZIZ TV CHANNEL 5 at 7: 30 pm. Besides this, the rebroadcasting of INFOCUS programme on Thursday will be aired on the following channels:
- FREEDOM FM at 7: 30 am
- VON RADIO at 10: 30 am
- SUGAR CITY ROCK at 1 pm
- KCN TV CHANNEL 4 ANGUILLA at 7 pm
The government of St Kitts and Nevis started the programme in order to provide updates to the citizens on the various developments held in the country. Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew will also address the programme.
Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew also provide the information on the training programme and stated that in keeping with the good governance agenda, Members of the Federal Cabinet of St. Kitts and Nevis are engaged in a two-day (February 23-24) high-level leadership and governance training programme.
The training focuses on a myriad of topics including, promoting good governance; effective public sector management, ethics and integrity; and leadership competencies.
Ambassadors Kenneth Douglas and Leon Natta-Nelson were also invited to participate in the sessions facilitated by Dr. Roger Koranteng, Adviser and Head of Public Sector Governance at the Commonwealth Secretariat.
