PM Rowley distributes computers to La Puerta and Point Cumana Primary School 

Dr Rowley's donation will aid in an upgrade of the computer labs at the schools. Over the past week, Prime Minister Keith Rowley donated to six Primary schools in his constituency.

Trinidad and Tobago: Prime Minister and Member of Parliament for Diego Martin West, Dr Keith Rowley, distributed computers to the La Puerta Government Primary School and the Point Cumana Government Primary School on Wednesday 11th May 2022. 

Dr Rowley’s donation will aid in an upgrade of the computer labs at the schools. Over the past week, Prime Minister Keith Rowley donated to six Primary schools in his constituency.

The following schools will benefit from the donation:

  • Point Cumana R.C. Primary School
  • Diego Martin Girls’ R.C. Primary School
  • Diego Martin Boys’ R.C. Primary School
  • Carenage Girls’ Government Primary School
  • Carenage Boys’ Government Primary School

Earlier, Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley has donated computers and laptops to seven primary schools in the constituency called Diego Martin West on Thursday, May 4, 2022. 

 On Thursday, May 4, 2022, Dr Keith Christopher Rowley- Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago and Member of Parliament for Diego Martin West began the deliveries of laptops to schools in his constituency. 

Prime Minister Rowley began the delivery of the computers from the school named Diego Martin Boys’ R.C Primary School. He then went out to the second school called Martin Girls’ R.C Primary School for the delivery of the computers.

On the other hand, it was decided to donate other computers to the schools named Point Cumana Government Primary School. The fourth one is Carenage Girls’ Government Primary School, the fifth one is Carenage Boys’ Government Primary School, and the Sixth one is Point Cumana R.C. 

Primary School and the seventh one is La Puerta Government Primary School.

Further, he also condemned the incident and noted, “A child is dead, and this entire nation is torn to our deep within. We all have questions to ask ourselves, not the least of which is whether this tender life could have been saved.”

“The vast majority of us do not know this child or this family but that does not insulate us from the deep disturbing sorrow that washes over our nation tonight,” he added.
