The matter would have been subdued, but the whole incident was captured on camera. The issue came to notice after the video went viral. The said policeman has been suspended.

As per the Daily Mail report, the woman and policemen were kissing when the incident was captured on CCTV cameras. In this video, the woman appears to be close to the policeman, while the officer is seen writing information on a notepad for violation of the Corona rules. However, after a moment, both the policeman and the woman are seen kissing each other. The video went viral by a local TV channel.

Subsequently, the Mayor of Miraflores district in the capital Lima issued an order suspending the policeman. A Peruvian police officer said the woman had also violated the physical distance laws. Along with this, he has also ignored the rules by removing the mask.

Significantly, the prevalence of coronavirus is in the Latin American country of Peru. So far, 44 thousand corona infectives have died in the country.
