Roseau, Dominica: The Ministry of Tourism of Dominica shared glimpses of PAYS Dominica Yachting Festival 2023, taking place from March 19, 2023, to March 26, 2023. The Ministry expressed pleasure in the successful staging of the festival on the shores of the nature isle.

The Ministry of Tourism took to Facebook and stated that the staging of the festival helped to increase the competitiveness of the country as a yachting destination.

The Ministry of Tourism lauded the teamwork of the patrons and added that teamwork is undoubtedly what makes the dream become a reality. By all accounts, from yachties and local patrons, the festival has been a great success and we are now better equipped to cater to that niche with improved offerings, services, and infrastructure.

The objective of the festival to increase the destination’s competitiveness as a top yachting destination in the region has been accomplished! We have no doubt that next year will be even better.

Visitors have experienced the breathtaking views of Dominica through the opening ceremony images at Cabrits Spa and Resort, where it all began. Tonight at 7 pm, Dominica will toast the festival’s conclusion at Cabrits National Park with a Farewell Dinner and Award/ Prize Giving Ceremony.

Saturday morning market shopping is a must-do activity for both the locals and tourists in Dominica. The yachties enjoyed the opportunity to explore Portsmouth’s local market, participate in a local cooking experience, and, most importantly, support local businesses of Dominica.

The photos below showcase today’s adventures. Scroll through them. The Yachties and PAYS members are preparing our famous Cacoa Tea and Local Dominican Creole Breakfast.

Along with that, tourists and locals taste the Nature Island with Seafood goodness at Dominica’s PAYS Yachting Festival. Dominica celebrated the yachting sector at the Toucarie Bay Seafood Lime this Saturday, March 25, from 6 pm. Visitors enjoyed bush rums, cocktails, local seafood, and entertainment by the local band Breve.

The Sea Food Goodness of the PAYS Dominica Yachting Festival 2023 was held on Saturday, March 5, 2023, featuring Bush Rums, Cocktails and entertainment by Breve. Tourists have also experienced each massage and other relaxation services from local spas.

From March 19 to 26th, patrons discovered Dominica with PAYS through various tours and cuisine experiences and gave back to their key yachting communities with beach cleanups and fun days. Â
