St Kitts and Nevis: Park Hyatt of St Kitts is known as the perfect reflection of a storied past. The luxury resort’s architecture draws inspiration from the island’s intriguing culture and heritage through sustainable materials and a mix of colonial and contemporary styles.

Park Hyatt of St Kitts took to Facebook and outlined some unknown facts about the luxury resorts, which are as follows:

  • Inspired by the historic Brimstone Hill Fortress, a World UNESCO Heritage Site in St Kitts, Rampart Pool features arches to pay homage to the island’s history.
  • Sugar estates of the past inspired the design of The Sugar Mill, and many remnants of original sugar mills can still be found throughout the island to this day.
  • Fisherman’s Village and Island Fort feature thatched roofs that mimic huts from the colonial era.
  • Stone Barn’s vaulted ceiling and structural beams reflect stone barns that were used for crop storage, which would protect them from weather elements.
  • Great House carries on the grandeur of estate homes through its vaulted ceiling and beams.

Earlier, in honour of World Cocktail Day and its partnership with Ram’s Super Market, Park Hyatt St Kitts hosted its inaugural World Cocktail Day at the Park, where colleagues of the Food and Beverage and Culinary teams had the opportunity to go head-to-head in an exciting cocktail making competition.

Guests were eagerly engaged as the super six muddled, shook and stirred their tantalizing libations that they were able to delight in paired with delicious canapes from Fisherman’s Village.

Park Hyatt St Kitts extended congratulations to Alaric Arache (Commis Chef), hailing from the Culinary team, who captured the title of ‘Bartender of the Year.” It added, “Special congratulations are also extended to the first runner Kishnell Warner, and fellow competitors Justin Rogers, Glen Thomas, Shashi Kumar and Janell Evelyn.”

From the perfect pair to a beautiful family, Park Hyatt St Kitts set an example of several luxurious experiences. A luxury Caribbean resort where guests can enjoy authentic experiences to create enriching stays. Escape to paradise with the Babymoon Package, featuring a stay in the Oceanview One Bedroom Suite, a couple’s massage at Sugar Mill Spa and Sanctuary, daily breakfast in bed, and other wondrous offerings.

Park Hyatt St Kitts celebrated their 5th anniversary with a special ceremony at Great House on November 28, 2022. The entire resort combines contemporary and chic architecture with sustainable materials, and all rooms on the property have a gorgeous view overlooking the island of Nevis.

The room of the resort is sleek and super spacious, and the bathroom comes with his and her sinks, a rainfall shower and a plunge bath with amenities from one of our favourite brands, Le Labo.  There are two pools on the resort; the enormous Lagoon Pool (for families) and the adults-only Rampart Pool, where the water feeds down to the Private Cabana area (at an extra cost). The golden sands of Banana Bay are just a stone’s throw away.

There are three restaurants; The Great House is reminiscent of a grand colonial home and offers all-day dining; the Stone Barn, an adults-only restaurant offering a more intimate dining experience; and Fisherman’s Village, where they ate, which serves ocean-to-table lunch and dinner overlooking the water – delicious. Also on site are the Sugar Mill Spa and Sanctuary, the kids’ club, and Island Fort, plus a plethora of non-motorized activities to choose from.Â
