NIA to present Nevisian Heritage Village Open Day under “re-thinking Nevisian tourism” vision

NIA to present Nevisian Heritage Village Open Day under "re-thinking Nevisian tourism" vision

Nevis: Concerned Citizens Movement led Nevis Island Administration announced the Nevisian Heritage Village Open Day that is set commence on Friday, May 6, 2022. The time of the open day event will be 10 am to 5 pm. 

Ministry of Tourism of Nevis Island Administration will be presented the open day with Fothergills Gingerland and will be started at around 10 pm. 

The theme of the Nevisian Heritage Village Open day is re-thinking Nevisian Tourism. 

The products which will be on sale are as follows:

In addition to that, Tours will be provided so that patrons can view our wide of artefacts and reminisce on traditional Nevisian village life, the way it used to be. 

Further, in the event, there will also be cultural performances to entertain the attendees. 

CCM led NIA has commenced great initiatives to celebrate various events in the country and encouraged them to participate in these activities. 

Earlier, on May 2, 2022, Leader of Concerned Citizens Movement and Premier of Nevis Mark Brantley invited the citizens of St Kitts and Nevis to participate in the writing competition organised by MSR Media. 

The step is initiated to encourage the patrons who want to see themselves in the field of filmmaking or direction. Through his social media post, Premier of Nevis Mark Brantley also announced that the competitors have to submit a story synopsis for the competition, and winners will get the chance to direct their own short film in Nevis, which will be funded and produced by MSR Media. 

Premier Brantley also encouraged the citizens of the country to participate in the Nevisian Heritage Village Open Day.
