The National Investigation Agency (NIA) of India issued a lookout notice for the individuals involved in the recent attack on the Indian High Commission in the United Kingdom.

New Delhi, India: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) of India issued a lookout notice for the individuals involved in the recent attack on the Indian High Commission in the United Kingdom. The agency announced that they had identified the attackers and released pictures of 45 people.

Back in March, these individuals attacked and vandalized the High Commission of India in the UK. They are also accused of disrespecting the National Flag in London.

On the official Twitter account, National Investigation Agency on Wednesday requested for identification of these people. The tweet reads that the persons who were involved in an attack on HC caused injury and disrespected the Indian National Flag. NIA also issued the WhatsApp number, which is +917290009373 and shared photos on twitter.

NIA appealed to the public to inform them about these individuals if they find any clue about them so that stringent actions could be taken place to ensure the public interest. They also unveiled over two hours of CCTV footage of the Khalistani attack in which they were seen vandalizing the India High Commission in London, United Kingdom. The release of the footage was aimed at finding these individuals.

The incident happened on March 19, 2023, in which a pro-Khalistan protestor in London climbed the balcony of the High Commission of India. They also pulled down the Indian flag. The video showcasing the incident also went viral on social media. It was shown in the video that there was a man who reached the balcony of HC from inside to harm further to the flag.

In a fit of rage, the Indian community in London also took to the streets to show their disappointment toward the disrespectful act. They also asked for a vigilant approach while taking action against the true culprits and demanded justice from Mayor o London, Sadiq Khan and the British government. Indians gathered from all across the UK in London to express their solidarity toward the Indian Flag and showed the signs of a united India.

Along with that, Delhi Police on March 24 also registered the case against the perpetrators. The Ministry of Home Affairs also asked Delhi Police to take stringent actions against the culprits. Further, the senior-most UK diplomat in New Delhi was also summoned in connection with the vandalization case of HC.
