Nevis set to host “Valentine’s Night” at Qualie Beach, know dinner menu

Nevis: The Ministry of Tourism of Nevis is all set to host “Valentine’s Night” at Qualie Beach on Tuesday, February 14, 2023. The event will feature a party and celebration for valentine’s day and the ministry invited the citizens to attend it.

While sharing the update on Facebook, the Ministry of Tourism of Nevis cited,” Sharing with you guys another poster for those looking to celebrate Valentine’s Day with their special someone.”

The Ministry also shared the Dinner Menu and stated that interested people will have to reserve seats as the seats are limited. It added “RESERVATIONS ONLY Space is limited” and people can contact: Tel 469 9735.”

Valentine’s Night at Qualie Beach will be held on Tuesday 14th February 2023, from 6:00 pm until dinner of the celebration.

DINNER MENU will be as follows:

1. Firstly, the dinner will be started with the welcome Glass of Sparkling Cider Or Prosecco for each couple.
2. Then the Chef’s Amuse Bouche will be served to the guests at the Valentine’s Party. There will be authentic and traditional food of Nevis which showcases the indigenous and delicious cuisine of the country.

Further, the Ministry of Tourism also shared the choices of salad and choice of Soup which are as follows:

Choice of Salad:

• It will contain Goat Cheese & Arugula w/ Toasted Pine Nuts, Lemon Herb Vinaigrette
• Or there will be tomato & Caper Aspic, Cucumber Raita

Choice of Soup:

• People will get the Seafood Bisque Or Fresh Mushroom on the soup menu on Valentine’s Night.

Further, the Ministry of Tourism also shared the choice for the entrée in the Valentine’s night which is as follows:

Choice of Entrée:

(All the following are served with: Duchess Potatoes & Green Bean w/ Christophene Almondine)

• People will get the Beef Wellington, Mushroom Au Jus, and taste the traditional cuisine of Nevis.
• Or there will also be Chicken Kiev, Herb Cream Sauce for the attendees.
• Or Shrimp Stuffed Snapper

The visitors will also get numerous options in the Dessert and taste the delicious sweets of Nevis.

Choice of Dessert:

• In the desert, people will get Lover’s Plate to Share: Chocolate Brownies,
• Further, there will be Raspberry Coulis, Passion Fruit Sorbet on the dinner menu
• Or Pineapple Floating Island, Chocolate Drizzle
